North Westmeath Community Cinema to show 'Borgo'
North Westmeath Community Cinema kicked off their autumn season with a gentle comedy around a tricky subject. The French film The Marching Band was well received, and the audience are already looking forward to the next film on Sunday 5 October, Borgo.
French again, this time it is a crime drama set in Corsica. Films are subtitled to help audience members whose hearing, or whose French may need a little assistance.
Castle Varagh Hotel, Castlepollard is the venue for film screenings and the Community Cinema are grateful for their support.
Those attending the film can buy a drink or teas and coffees to enjoy while they are watching the film, and get a bite to eat beforehand.
Films start at 7.30pm and tickets are €10 for all films.
North Westmeath Community Cinema have a Facebook page where people can see the details of upcoming films, which are sourced through Access Cinema in Dublin.
