McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Roadshow at Mullingar Harriers
Mullingar Harriers Athletic Club welcomed the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Roadshow to their track on Monday October 13 in partnership with Athletics Ireland.
As a club committed to making everyone welcome, Mullingar Harriers AC support the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme, which encourages people of all ages and abilities to embrace walking and running in a fun, structured, and social environment.
The roadshow brought together nearly 90 participants at the Harriers track, including the McCabes Pharmacy team, who provided health checks, wellness advice, and practical guidance.
The training was led by Fit for Life coach Michael O’Sullivan and his team, who put the group through a session that catered for all levels of ability.
The McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme continues with monthly roadshows across Ireland, offering health resources and tailored support.
