Gilsenan’s Funeral Directors receives national recognition

Gilsenan’s Funeral Directors recently received their Certificate of Excellence from the Irish Association of Funeral Directors (IAFD), having successfully passed an independent audit.

“We operate our business to the highest standards in order to deliver best-in-class funeral care to the families we look after, so we’re delighted to receive our IAFD Certificate of Excellence as a recognition of this,” Joan Gilsenan said of the acolade.

Gilsenan’s Funeral Directors was established by Con Gilsenan who sadly passed away last year after four decades of dedicated funeral care to the people of Mullingar and surrounding areas.

His wife Joan, son Conor, General Manager Tony Quinn, and supporting team continue this service true to Con’s values at College Street Mullingar and would like to dedicate this recognition in honour of his memory.
