Kells gardaí investigating Athboy car break-ins

Kells gardaí are investigating a number of criminal damage incidents in Athboy, where several cars were broken into.

Gardaí received six reports of vehicles being damaged in the town in the Townspark and O'Growney Terrace area on the same night.

In most cases, windows were smashed but nothing appears to have been taken. Gardaí are investigating an incident in the same area where a shed at a property at Connaught Grove was also damaged.

Officers are examining CCTV from the area and carrying out house to house enquiries as part of their investigation.
