A huge well done to our U17 Badminton squad who travelled to Dublin on Saturday, St Valentine's Day, for the Leinster Inter-County competition.

For most of the team, this was their first time stepping onto the court at this level. There were some fantastic rallies and every player gave it their absolute all. We couldn't be more proud of their spirit and sportsmanship.

Thank you to Roisin Slevin for managing the team and keeping everyone focused and motivated throughout the day.

Scottish Masters Badminton Championships

In what was a great result, Mullingar Badminton member Jimmy Whyte finished runner-up in the final of the 45 men's doubles event at the Scottish Masters Badminton Championships.

It is an amazing achievement to not only represent his country and wear the Ireland jersey, but to bring home a silver medal at his first outing. All at the Mullingar Badminton Club are very proud Jimmy's outstanding achievement.
