The Mullingar Athletic U13 Swans side which drew (1-1) with Temple Villa.On Sunday our u9s enjoyed some really good football games in a sunny but windy Gainstown.
Well done to all our boys who were excellent. There were standout performances on each pitch and plenty of excitement. See you all again on Wednesday evening for training.
National school primary 5s
Last week the club hosted the county finals of the Primary 5s competition. Congratulations to all the schools that participated over the course of the five days that the club hosted in Gainstown.
Each and every player represented their school with great pride. We were treated to some outstanding goals, saves and really close competitive games. Congratulations to all the teachers who had all the schools turned out and in great spirits.
The club would also like to thank our group of young referees from Loreto College Mullingar, CBS Mullingar and the Community College Mullingar for doing a great job each day. The winners are wished the best of luck in the Leinster competition.
