Participants on previous camps including guest instructors.The Mullingar Kyokushinkai Karate Club Summer Camp runs this year on August 17-21st (10am-1pm) at the Mullingar Parish Community Centre. The camp, running for more than 20 years to date, caters for children from age six to teens. No previous experience of karate is required and new beginners are always welcome.
It is a multi-activity camp with an emphasis on fun. Children learn about teamwork and their social and interaction skills are enhanced. Guest instructors will visit and teach and the last day of the camp will include a visit to an outdoor venue/activity.
The cost is €75 for the week. All instructors are garda vetted and places are limited due to space.
