Founder of Baby Led Feeding graduates with distinction

Aileen Cox Blundell has graduated with distinctions from Leeds Beckett University with an MSc in Nutrition in Practice, and was awarded the Dean’s Prize for Excellence in Nutrition.

Aileen is now an AfN registered nutritionist and works alongside the GPs at Malahide Medical in County Dublin, seeing families for nutrition consultations.

She founded Baby Led Feeding and the brand turns 10 this September. It teaches parents how to feed babies and toddlers real food from the very first day of weaning, and it now reaches around 200,000 readers a month at babyledfeeding.com.

Aileen has written two best-selling cookbooks, The Baby Led Feeding Cookbook and The Baby Friendly Family Cookbook, and works with brands including Dunnes Stores on family food.

Her father Christy Cox, only six weeks after having a stroke, and her son Oscar Cox Blundell, who is 12, joined Aileen for her graduation.
