Bevcraft planning expansion
Bevcraft Ltd has indicated plans to expand its operations at Mullingar Business Park. Westmeath County Council has received a pre-validation approach regarding a proposed extension to its facility at Zone C.
It would include a new warehouse and process hall, together with offices and welfare facilities, of approximately 1,895 square metres. Plans also include a new entrance, two dock levellers on the northern elevation, a new concrete yard and additional staff and visitor parking. Associated site development works would also be required.
Bevcraft describes itself as Ireland’s leading craft beverage packaging partner, providing services including mobile canning, wholesale packaging, repacking and on-site blending. The company also offers in-house laboratory testing and pasteurisation services.
It launched Beverage Innovation Facility at its Forest Park operation earlier this year.
The pre-validation approach was received by the council on August 24. The details indicate October 18, 2026 as the date for a decision.
If progressed, the expansion would provide Bevcraft with additional space it continues to develop its Mullingar operations and services to the beverage industry.
