Gardaí appeal for information on missing Castlepollard teenager

Gardaí are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing 15-year-old Aliyah Smyth Donnelly, who has been reported missing from Castlepollard, Co Westmeath.

Aliyah was reported missing at approximately 9.20pm on Sunday, September 13.

Gardaí are concerned for the teenager’s wellbeing and are asking anyone who may have seen her or has information about her whereabouts to come forward.

Aliyah is described as being approximately 5ft 3in in height, with a slim build, dark brown hair and brown eyes.

When she was last seen, she was wearing a Canada Goose jacket, pink leggings and a grey sweatshirt.

Gardaí have said that Aliyah is known to frequent areas in Dublin, Louth and Laois, and are asking people in those areas to remain alert for any information that could assist in locating her.

Anyone who has seen Aliyah or who may have information about where she is is asked to contact Store Street Garda Station on 01 666 8000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.

Gardaí are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have had contact with Aliyah since she was last seen or who may have information that could help establish her current whereabouts.

The appeal comes as efforts continue to establish Aliyah’s whereabouts and ensure her safe return home.

Anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, is urged to contact Gardaí.
