The Coralstown Kinnegad GFC 5k was back this year after the Covid-enforced interruption, and even if numbers were down slightly on what the club were used to in the past, “it was a good social evening for the village and successful for the club”.
Jim Rock, a member of the organising committee said the club were pleased to have raised funds for their coffers. “Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, and it was good to be back at it, after we missed the last two years – so it was great.”
