In order to facilitate the above mentioned activities you will need to ensure that the Local Authorities provide evidence that they have the appropriate liability insurance cover and specific indemnity to The Association/Club.The required insurance limits are as follows: Employers Liability - €13 million; Public Liability - €6.5 million.Any queries please contact Tracey McGrath on tracey.mcgrath@gaa.ieGAA 125 CelebrationsAt the GAA Congress recently plans were outlined to work with clubs across the country in an effort to ensure that their thoughts, concerns, views and opinions are considered at national level as a path for the association is mapped out in the coming years. Acknowledging and working with our fantastic clubs both here and overseas is one of the key aims of our National Strategic Plan, which will underpin the plans for the association moving ahead. To this end our "Ag Éisteacht" programme has already started and this will see us visit as many as 40 clubs over the next 12 months. In the short term we hope to progress another project that will provide all of our clubs with a permanent presence in Croke Park. As revealed at Congress in Cork last month it is our intention to construct a "Falla na gClubanna" or Club Wall which will be adorned by the club crest of all of our clubs. This is an ambitious plan but one that will ensure that there is a physical connection between Croke Park and every parish where Gaelic Games are played. To finance this project we recently unveiled a new range of specially commissioned limited edition "Platinum" 125 Polo Shirts designed by O"Neills. We are asking every club to purchase at least four of these shirts and a percentage of the proceeds of each purchase will go towards the "Falla na gClubanna" project.More details about the shirts are available on the home page of the GAA website at www.gaa.ie by following the link on the left hand side of the page. I hope the idea of seeing your club crest with a permanent slot behind the Cusack Stand at Croke Park excites all clubs and the support of clubs across the country, is needed in helping us to make this happen.Notes for clubsPlease note that at some venues across the country there has been an increase in the nature of thefts in dressingrooms during matches. We ask clubs to be vigilant during games in their grounds.Westmeath GAA Development LottoThere was no jackpot winner in last week"s draw. The numbers were 4, 9, 26 and 28.
