Smokie return to Mullingar

The great Country rock band, Smokie return to Mullingar after many years for what’s set to be a cracking show.

The play The Mullingar Park Hotel on Thursday February 28.

It’s hard to believe, but Smokie celebrated their 45th anniversary in 2018, and in case you thought they would be tired or burned out, they marked it with a world tour. They have revelled in the challenge of bringing a new vigour to the Smokie hits that have become classics of pop.

Next week, you’ll hear songs like Oh Carol, Needles and Pins, Have you ever seen the rain, Mexican Girl, For a few dollars more, Livin’ next door to Alice, Boulevard of Broken Dreams and more.

This greatest hits show features every hit record Smokie have had and give a sample of current albums.

It’s a ‘not-to-be-missed’ sound and lighting spectacular, Smokie proving once again just why they deserve the name of still being one of the greatest live bands in the music business today!
