Westmeath Examiner Fit went to try the Belvedere Bootcamp on Saturday, when Maurice Looby put us through our paces. We're still sore.

Belvedere Boot Camp is at 10.30am on Saturdays.

Go out and ask at reception for Maurice Looby.

It caters for all fitness levels, as the exercises are designed so that each individual can go as hard or as easy as they like.

As the instructor would say - the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.

Full story in the Westmeath Examiner on Wednesday April 11.
