Niall Horan succeeded in making One Direction's latest music video Kiss You one of the most viewed in 24 hours with a total of 4.8 million views on its first day of release on Monday.

The music video sees the boys having fun shooting scenes via a green screen, driving around, surfing, and even doing a prison song and dance sequence.

Only minutes after the One Direction video was released, Niall told his fans on Twitter that the group was looking to get the new record.

"Let's see can we out do the record for the most views in 24 hours! #kissyouonvevo," he tweeted yesterday.
