With more than 12 years’ experience, husband and wife team Ruth Foran-Sauvage and husband Martin Sauvage, based in Enfield, are highly regarded for their imaginative, creative and fresh approach to wedding photography. Mixing both informal and formal aspects of your wedding day through the use of colour and black and white images, they are offering two photographers on the day, and will also provide the use of their photo boutique at the Annebrook Hotel, a package valued at €2,000.

“I’ve always had an interest in photography and I got my first camera at 15,” says Ruth, who shot her first wedding in 1997 and from there fell in love with wedding photography.

“I think the main thing on the day is about making the couple feel relaxed. We carry out a consultation a few weeks before the wedding, when we go through the whole day, planning it all out, down to what happens if it rains. We work it all out so that everybody is nice and relaxed on the day and we make sure that we give the photographs enough time, but also enough time to get away from the pictures so that the couple can go in and enjoy their drinks reception, and enough time to relax and enjoy the day.”
