Table Quiz/Auction - Friday, March 26 Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club has organised a table quiz to take place in the Lough Lene Inn, Collinstown, on Friday night of next week, March 26. An auction will also take place in conjunction with the table quiz on the night. Proceedings will get underway at 9.30p.m. with the commencement of the table quiz. The entry fee per team of 4 adults is €40, while the entry fee per team of 4 students is €20.The table quiz will be followed by the auction, for which donations of unused items, such as candles, cultery sets, jewellery, wine, chocolates, mirrors, vouchers, etc, would be very sincerely appreciated. Players are asked to please contact the club secretary to confirm details.Lotto news The next Lotto draw takes place in Bartley's of Drumcree on Saturday night, March 27. The jackpot is €1,400. All club officers, memebers and players who have lotto books in their possession, are asked to sell them for the next lotto draw. All books of lotto tickets entered for the next lotto draw are to be left in Bartley's by no later than 10pm on the night of the draw. All support would be very sincerely appreciated.Development Draw - Return of Books The Collinstown G.A.A. ground development draw scheduled for Tuesday of this week, March 16, has at the time of compiling this article been postponed. The draw will now take place on a date in the not too distant future.All club officers, members, players etc, who have books of development draw tickets in their possession are asked to please return them to Club Chairman Richard Carroll during the course of next weekend, Saturday/Sunday, March 20/21.The total prize fund for this development draw is €5,000. First prize is €3,000, second prize is €1,000, third prize is €500, plus five prizes of €100 each. Tickets priced at €20 are still on sale.
