The club would like to thank Emma Devine and Westmeath VEC for their help in the club qualifying for the sports inclusion grant. However the club also received bad news last week that their first application for funding from the Irish Spots Council (Lottery Funding), was unsuccessful. A number of factors went against us, mainly the fact we had not received our planning permission by the required deadline, however this has since been passed and we will endeavour to re-apply again next year and hopefully move forward with phase one of our plans. Regardless, we will begin preparation works on our seven acre site over the next few weeks, in order to have a temporary pitch playable by early next year.Any queries please contact the numbers below:  David Flood 086 6099401, Colm Gildea, 086 8354297Day of ReflectionA time of reflection in Kinnegad will be held on Saturday the 30th August from 10am until 1 pm in the new school in Coralstown.
