Remember Relish, at Danny Byrne's

Relish have announced their appearance at Danny Byrne's in Mullingar this Friday February 17. Returning from a self-imposed hiatus, Relish are truly back.Fresh from Irish dates in October and November in Ireland and a promotional tour of the UK, during which they were invited to perform on many radio stations, including BBC Radio London, Kerrang and Total Rock, Relish are back for more.Brothers Ken and Carl Papenfus, and Darren Campbell, Relish have released two highly regarded albums, working with producers John Leckie (Radiohead/The Stone Roses) and Al Clay (Stereophonics). They have had four chart-topping Irish singles, topped the Japanese most-played list and even had an unlikely request from Westlife to cover their single Rainbow Zephyr reworked as Hey Whatever (a UK top five and international hit).Relish fans include Brian May, Paul Weller and Larry Mullan, and their latest album (Connected) has been described as their greatest work to date.It is full of all the things you would expect from a band such as Relish, who have managed to remain unique in their delivery of a modern blend of rock and pop.Free entry into Danny Byrne's on the night.
