Pat wins a new Dacia Sandero

“It’s the first thing I ever won in my life,” said Pat Keenaghan of Hillside Drive when he was presented with the keys to a new Dacia Sandero at the O’Briens showroom on the Lynn Road in Mullingar.

A long-time customer of the O’Briens, Pat drives a Renault Laguna and several members of his family also own various models from the French manufacturer. “We’ve got very good service from O’Briens,” said Pat. “I have nothing but the height praise for their service since we started buying cars from them.”

To win the Sandero, Pat had entered a draw in the O’Briens showroom during a customer evening in May, and he received the phone call early last week to tell him he was the lucky winner.

“It’s a lovely little car, it has low tax and would be better on the petrol consumption. It’s a bit of a boost for us in a tough time,” he said.

Pat and his wife Beth, both enjoying their retirement now, hope to take delivery of the new car this week. “I do a good bit of golfing and a good bit of fishing, and the Renault I have will take everything for that,” said Pat. He’s sure the new Sandero will give him service every bit as good as his Renault.
