14 people on trolleys at MRH Mullingar this morning

There are 14 people being treated on trolleys at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar this morning, according to the INMO's daily Trolley Watch survey.

All of the 14 patients are being treated in the hospital's Emergency Department.

Nationally, the INMO reports that there are 247 people being treated on trolleys this morning, 219 in EDs and 28 on trolleys in wards. The hospital with the highest number of patients on trolleys is University Hospital Limerick (55 patients), followed by Cork University Hospital (30) and Sligo University Hospital (29). There are 10 patients on trolleys in Tullamore hospital.
