Planning application lodged for housing development on site of €1m Dublin Road property

A planning application has been lodged for a 24 unit housing development on the Dublin Road.

The planning application submitted this week by local firm BPL Management Limited includes details for the construction of 19 three-bed houses and four apartments, as well as the demolition of the house currently on the Bellview site.

Last month the Westmeath Examiner reported that the house on the site sold late last year for over €1m.

The decision due date for the application is April 14.
