Collinstown Fore RC Parish held its 2022 Parish Draw, in aid of the Churches Renovation Fund, at Collinstown Hall today, Sunday September 11.

The first prize, €10,000, went to Pat Shryane, Martinstown, Collinstown. Second prize €1000, Willie McGrath, c/o Teddy's Public House, Moylagh, County Meath. Third prize, €500, Eileen Hand, Longford.

Sincere thanks to all who sold tickets, and who prepared Collinstown Hall for holding the draw last Sunday, and who also supplied refreshments. Especially sincere thanks to the members of the public who purchased tickets.

A well done to Seamus McDermott, MC, and Noel McCabe, the latter speaking warmly in welcoming Fr Carley in a line of top class RC Clergymen who have served the Collinstown Fore RC Parish as PP. Sincere thanks to Ronan, Grace and Niamh Louise, for each pulling a prize winning ticket from the draw drum!

Fr Carley was ordained on June 14, 1992. His 30 years of service to the priesthood were acknowledged at Collinstown Hall last Sunday, with a presentation of a commissioned cake! Congratulations to Fr Carley.
