Christmas Q&A - Sinéad Hubble

Sinéad Hubble, Midlands Today Show, Midlands 103

What are your favourite Christmas film and song?

My favourite song is Last Christmas and my favourite movie is Santa Claus with Tim Allen.

Who cooks Christmas dinner in your house? What’s your favourite part?

It’s not me, my cooking skills are not the best and because we have a big family Christmas, I manage to avoid it – but I do help with the clean-up. For me the best part is the dessert.

Do you have any family Christmas traditions?

My mam cooks steak for breakfast on Christmas morning and Roy Jennings from Drive Time always plays Driving Home for Christmas for me as I head back to Oldcastle on Christmas Eve.

What’s your best Christmas memory?

My dad playing the accordion. He used to take it out every year on Christmas Day and play a few tunes.

How do you spend Christmas afternoon?

It’s spent watching movies or playing games and eating junk food, even though I’m about to burst.

Are you an organised shopper or a Christmas Eve one?

I normally have the majority of it done but there’s always a few bits I forget and I have to head out Christmas Eve to get them.
