The Banshees of Inisherin leads IFTA awards nominations

The Banshees of Inisherin has been nominated for 11 awards at the Irish Film and Television Awards.
Barry Keoghan, Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson and Kerry Condon have all received nominations for their roles in the film. The Martin McDonagh flick has also been nominated for best film.
The nominations, announced on Tuesday, also sees drama Aisha recognised in 10 categories.
Paul Mescal has been nominated for best actor for his role in Aftersun.
Oscar-nominated An Cailín Ciúin won best film at the IFTAs last year.
The IFTAs will take place on May 7th in Dublin.
