Rose of Tralee joins Home Instead Midlands for office opening

Home Instead Midlands has moved offices, but not far: from Block A at Marlinstown Business Park in Mullingar, the enterprise has moved to Block B.

A leading home care provider, Home Instead Midlands, the regional branch of firm, now employs more than 300 people across Counties Westmeath, Offaly and Longford.

“This office is a small expansion to our existing office allowing for some growth in our office,” Lorraine McLaughlin, general manager, told the Westmeath Examiner at the official opening of the new offices.

Among those present for the opening was the current Rose of Tralee, Rachel Duffy.

“She is a local Westmeath woman and it’s fantastic to have her here, speaking to our caregivers, office staff,” said Lorraine.

Lorraine said that the move to the new office marked an important milestone for Home Instead Midlands, and highlighted its commitment to providing care and support to ageing adults across the region.

She added that the firm’s growth and dedication to care has seen the team shortlisted for a Midlands 103 Customer Service of the Year Awards under the ‘Caring Service of the Year’ heading.

“This reflects the positive difference we are making in the lives of families across the midlands,” she said.

As well as Rachel Duffy, other guests on the day included members of other Home Instead offices including the national office.

Other firms based at Marlinstown were there too, as well as families and friends.
