Simon Payne got great support for his sponsored head and beard shave in aid of LARCC at the Town and Country in Castlepollard on Saturday night.
Simon showed great humour as he went under the razor, and members of the public in attendance, in return for donations to LARCC, were invited to assist in the shave.
Terry O’Neill took the role of a supervisor, and with his hairdressing expertise, he applied the professional finishing touches to Simon, to conclude proceedings.
There was raffle for many excellent prizes, and music by DJ Olly Boylan, who was also MC for the event.
Simon expressed his gratitude to all those who supported the event, to Gerry and Theresa Nea of the Town and Country and to those who sold raffle tickets.
