Breslin to host mindfulness book launch in Mullingar

In support of his album ‘The Place That Has Never Been Wounded’, will launch his similarly titled new book in 2210 Patisserie Mullingar on Friday, February 27, at 7pm.

As with the album (which was released in October), the book 'draws on the principles of mindfulness, along with learnings from Niall’s own experience of outward success and inner turmoil, offering practical ways to reconnect with inner stillness and reclaim a steady core for facing life’s challenges'.

The evening promises to be one of conversation and reflection, exploring the themes and insights within this new book.

The evening will also include performances of the piano compositions from the accompanying album, weaving sound and story together for a fully immersive experience.
