Extra trains have been put on, but they have very quickly been sold out as support grows and anticipation builds ahead of Sunday’s Leinster SFC final at Croke Park (2pm).
Mullingar businesses have been showing their support for the Westmeath team and many are adorned with the Lake County colours ahead of the big game against Dublin.
Ahead of a massive weekend, it should also be remembered that the Westmeath ladies are playing Wexford in the Leinster LGFA Intermediate final on Saturday in St Conleth's Park, Newbridge (3.30pm).
