Streete Vintage 2026 to celebrate Toyota

Streete Vintage Club hosted their launch night for the 2026 vintage weekend on Sunday May 31.

The launch of this year’s Streete Vintage Show was like a mini version of the main event. It took place at Murphy’s Crossroads Inn, Lisryan, and was a preview of the enduringly popular weekend in Streete, which runs from Friday June 26 June to Sunday, June 28 this year.

The rural midlands village of Streete comes to life every June with the sights, sounds and smells of cars, tractors and everything else vintage. Taking place over three days with the main event of the vintage show on Sunday.

Streete Vintage Show is about more than old vehicles, though they are, of course, the central attraction and the reason crowds attend the local community centre in large numbers, making the show one of the biggest in the midlands, even the country.

Streete Vintage Club and show was founded from humble beginnings back in 2002 in Streete when some like-minded individuals came together with an idea to organise a vintage day to raise funds for a new sports facility in the parish.

What started as a small show in a local farmers field back in 2002 has grown from strength to strength to the present day.

This year they will have a joint celebration of 60 years of the Toyota Corolla and 80 years of the Ferguson 20. The main sponsor of the event is our local Toyota dealer Grange Motors, Mullingar.
