Belvedere Food and Apple Festival

Belvedere House, Gardens & Park was a hub of culinary activity last weekend as the Belvedere Food and Apple Festival took place on Sunday, September 6.

The event, which ran from 10am to 5pm, brought together local food producers, chefs, gardeners and family entertainment against the backdrop of the historic estate overlooking Lough Ennell.

One of the main attractions was the festival’s Cookery Demonstration Stage, which featured a number of well-known food personalities throughout the day.

Renowned Irish chef Catherine Fulvio was the headline for the programme taking to the stage at noon to demonstrate her culinary skills and share recipes with visitors.
