Late Late Toy Show kicks off search for this year's stars
The countdown to the most wonderful night of the year has officially begun!
Late Late Show host Patrick Kielty is gearing up for another Toy Show night, promising mischief, mayhem and magical moments and producers have started the search in earnest to find the next generation of youngsters to feature on this year’s show.
Do you know a child that has that special Toy Show sparkle? Whether they dream of demonstrating this year's must-have toys, or stepping into the spotlight for a phenomenal performance - this is their chance to be part of one of the biggest TV spectacles of the year.
The Late Late Toy Show host Patrick Kielty said, “The stars of the Toy Show have always been our amazing kids. And this year we’re looking forward to them shining brighter than ever. So if you want to dream big and show Ireland and the world what you’ve got, the adventure starts here…”

Applications are now open. Applications close at midnight on Sunday 27th September.
Last year’s Grinch‑inspired Late Late Toy Show captured hearts across Ireland and around the world, drawing an average television audience of 1.7 million across the weekend. The programme garnered an additional 642,000 streams from home and abroad on RTÉ Player. More than 300 children lit up the stage with toy demonstrations, performances and book reviews.
Last year, audiences demonstrated extraordinary generosity by contributing €4.6 million to the Toy Show Appeal and helping to support charities that transform the lives of children and families across Ireland. Since its inception, the Appeal has raised €30 million in total.
