Mullingar Garda Station among those bugged

Mullingar Garda Station has been named as one of twenty in which recording of phone calls took place.

A new phone system commissioned six years ago for several of the country's garda stations, including that in Mullingar, had the facility to both record and archive calls on lines in to the station.
