'Did you see car around Tullaghan?' gardaí asking public

Gardaí are appealing for the public’s help in their efforts to trace the arrival at the Diving Board at Lough Owel, of a car driven from Dublin by two men who have been missing since Tuesday.

At a press conference in Dublin shortly after 5 pm, gardaí said the Ford Focus, registration number 04 D 46380, is believed to have travelled to the Cavan area in the period between Tuesday evening, and Friday morning, when it was found at Tullaghan.

The missing men are 32 year old Eoin O Connor and 33 year old Anthony Keegan.

Mr O’Connor was last seen on the evening of the 22/04/14 at Kilbarron Avenue, Coolock. He is described as being 6’’ tall, stocky build with short brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen he was wearing a grey track suit bottoms and a blue windbreaker type jacket with a hood.   

 Anthony Keegan is described as being 5’ 10’’ tall, medium build with short brown hair and brown eyes.
