Storm forces plane down at Cullionbeg

Yesterday evening's dramatic lightning storms forced the pilot of a tiny aircraft to touch down in a field at Cullionbeg. This morning, Monday, pilot Maurice Kirk, from Somerset, calmly returned to the scene, started up the plane and took to the skies once more, landing finally, a short time later, at his destination, Abbeyshrule.
