Ball starts rolling as Mid@s makes move into Mullingar premises

The new firm Mid@s Technologies, which aims to employ 100 people in Mullingar by the end of this year, is expected to move into its offices at the former GMAC premises in Clonmore by this weekend.

The firm has announced this week that it has seven on its payroll already, and has taken possession of its first company van. By the end of this month, it is likely to have a further seven employees on its books.

“We have upwards of 50 clients and partners interested in visiting us once we are up and operational, so July and August look like being very busy for us all,” Niall Hearn, director of MID@S said this week.

The firm is described as a multi-faceted IT Services company, offering innovative cloud-based technology solutions from a modern 200-seat contact centre.

It will offer five primary lines of business: contact centre and business processing outsourcing services; advanced consultancy services, products and IT engineering services; resource augmentation services, and project management and business start-up incubation services.
