Ballynacargy farm makes €460,000 at auction

The hammer fell on a sale figure of €460,000 at an auction conducted by Dillon Murtagh of Murtagh Bros for a farm at Piercetown, Ballynacargy yesterday Thursday, April 7.

The auction was held online for the c.29 acre residential farm,in tidy divisions and with a good range of outbuildings.

Mr Murtagh said: “Following a lot of interest, we had a very competitive auction and a number of committed bidders. The property was offered in lots before it was evident that the most interest was for the entire property.”
