A lovely afternoon in the sunshine was enjoyed by many members of BMB Active last Tuesday at the Summertime Luncheon held in the scenic Abbey Blooms Botanical Gardens in Multyfarnham.
While many of us enjoyed the wonderful Fleadh Cheoil in Mullingar and well done to the many volunteers and organising committee, it didn’t dampen our enthusiasm for the BMB Active Summer Luncheon.
As well as being a wonderful venue for socialising and chatting, with succulent tasty treats to feast on, the diners were serenaded by young Darragh McCabe on the guitar and vocals, with singers joining in.
BMB Active is planning another opportunity to meet with friends and enjoy refreshments and music. This time the venue is the pavilion on the shores of beautiful Lough Derravaragh. Put Wednesday evening, September 7 into your diary and meet us at the lake!

Pickleball continues on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm, but will not be on Monday, Wednesday or Friday morning next week Aug 15 to 19.
