Fore Spooktacular walk this weekend
The Nelly and Nancy walk in Fore will be a 'Halloween Pumpkin path' tomorrow, Saturday, October 29.
The starting point is at Nancy’s entrance, on the Oldcastle Road, at 7pm; fancy dress is an option.
Participants are asked to leave carved pumpkins at the Abbey House today, Friday October 28, or before 5pm on Saturday - then, during the walk, they are invited to locate their pumpkins.
Refreshments will be for sale at the Abbey House.
The cost is €5 per child, or €20 per family.
This event is being run in conjunction with the Fore tractor run on Sunday October 30.
Proceeds to the Collinstown Fore Parish Churches restoration fund, St Feichin’s NS Fore, and St Mary’s NS Collinstown.
Fore tractor run
Fore tractor run starts from, and finishes at the Abbey House on Sunday October 30, and registration is from 12.30pm. The run starts at 2pm.
After the run, food will be served at the Abbey House, and music is by Davy Rudden - that's at 4-7pm.
