Bressie to perform ahead of Oprah Winfrey's Dublin show

Mullingar singer, songwriter and mental health advocate Niall Breslin is set to take to the stage at Dublin’s 3Arena this September as part of a event featuring global media icon Oprah Winfrey.

Bressie has been announced as the special musical guest for Up Close With Oprah Winfrey, a one-night-only live conversation taking place on Monday, September 14.

The event is being presented by Pendulum Summit as its first-ever autumn gathering and is expected to attract thousands of attendees from across Ireland and beyond.

The evening will see Oprah participate in an intimate conversation hosted by renowned speaker David Meade. Before the former talk show host takes to the stage, Bressie will deliver a live performance.

Organisers say the event is designed to offer audiences a rare opportunity to hear directly from one of the world’s most influential media figures in a personal and engaging setting.

Pendulum Summit co-founder and creative director Norma Murphy described Winfrey as “a lifelong inspiration”, praising her ability to combine empathy, vulnerability and leadership throughout her career.

Winfrey’s appearance marks her first live event of this kind in Dublin and is expected to be one of the city’s most high-profile speaking engagements of the year.
